Founded by Barry Sternlicht, Starwood Capital Group Global, LLC., is widely acclaimed in the United States and internationally within the resort, leisure and residential industries. The company and its principals were responsible for the creation of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, the development of over 12,000 home sites and residences, and are currently investors in the largest golf course ownership and management business in the United States.

The Koll Company
Palmilla. Cabo del Sol. Both of these developments are jewels in the eyes of the Los Cabos community – and in The Koll Company portfolio. Featuring golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, these two communities were master-planned, developed, and operated by The Koll Company before they were sold. Founded by Donald Koll in 1962 and headquartered in Newport Beach, California, The Koll Company has developed over 85 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Pacific Rim.

Del Mar Development
The dream began when Houston friends and business associates, Ken Schnitzer and Ron Hatfield were invited by Don Koll to visit his Palmilla Resort in Los Cabos. Immediately inspired by the beauty and potential of the region, these visionaries went on to create Villas Del Mar, a premier Los Cabos residential community. Today, Ron Hatfield and the two sons of the late Ken Schnitzer, Kenneth Jr. and Doug, are carrying on that same extraordinary vision at Hacienda.
