At Hacienda Beach Club & Residences, we truly value the broker community as our strategic partners in representing opportunities for our mutual success. We believe that a strong relationship with the broker community is critical to educating prospective buyers on the limited offering of ultra-luxury whole ownership resort residential beach front Real Estate in Cabo San Lucas.
In an effort to support the broker community, we have established the following guidelines and recommendations to make your visit to Hacienda an experience that will be unmatched to any other resort residential sales experience.
Broker Co-operation Fees will be paid upon close of escrow to licensed Broker's who properly registers their clients following the simple procedures below:
To qualify for a Co-op Fee/Broker Referral Fee:
- Complete and submit the Preferred Broker Client Registration Form (See link below).
- If you will be unable to accompany your client on the first visit, contact the Sales Information Center and speak to a sales representative.
- Broker/Agent must follow through with overall Escrow completion, loan and or cash requirements to the Close of Escrow.
